Alice Cooper: People Avoid Assertive in Jesus Considering They 'Don't Want to Requite Upwardly Their Godship'

Harvest Christian Fellowship pastor and Christian writer Greg Laurie recently discussed music, Jesus, and rock-n-coil with Alice Cooper.

When Laurie questioned why Cooper thought that was the case, the 73-year-old noted that people are unwilling to give up their lives to Christ.
"I call up it's because they don't want to give upward their godship," Cooper said. "They believe the Hollywood version of 'Oh, I exercise more practiced than bad,' that kind of thing. And I go 'male child, Satan has y'all correct where he wants you, to believe that.'"

Cooper told Harvest Crusade's Greg Laurie that his wife just took him back on the condition that he become to church.
