1. With your file open up in your Microsoft Office awarding, select the picture or pictures that you want to shrink.

2. Nether Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust grouping, click Compress Pictures.

Compress individual pictures

1. To compress all pictures in your certificate, on the ribbon, select File > Compress Pictures (or File > Reduce File Size).
